Project Description
In partnership with Oxford Policy Management, the study examined the effects of prolonged conflict, on education supply and demand in 3 study states: Katsina, Zamfara and Niger. The study was conducted in nine Local Government Areas (LGA) across the three states: Kankara, Batsari, and Faskari in Katsina; Maru, Shinkafi, and Tsafe in Zamfara; and Shiroro, Munya, and Shiroro in Niger. The methodology used in the study included Desk Reviews, Quantitative surveys and Key Informant Interviews (KII), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with teachers, children, parents, security personnel, and community leaders.
