With over 8 years of experience in development cooperation, management, country assistance planning, program data analysis, software engineering, operations, and decision analysis, Steven has the breadth and depth of experience needed to carry out monitoring and evaluation of project, programs and policies.
Steven has worked in Nigeria and Ghana on different areas of international interventions such as Education, Health (HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Nutrition), Agriculture, WASH Peace and Governance with organizations such as the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA); Malaria Consortium; DevTech System by PEPFAR (The U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief); CAMRIS Int’l by USAID; Mott Mac Donald – TDP (Teachers Development Program) and UKAID Education Sector Support Programme in Nigeria (ESSPIN).
Steven is an adept team leader capable of prioritizing complex tasks in fragile, post-conflict settings while moving multiple objectives forward to completion, roadmap for project institutionalization and sustainability with consideration to partner capacity and constraints. He is an expert in data management using different tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, SPSS, Access, Share-point, PowerBI, ODK, Commcare, SurveyCTO, SORMAS, Tangerine, Google form, Tableau, MAXQDA, Infogram, GIS, NVIVO, R, GHSMA-DATIM, CSpro, STATA, SAS, Python, FastField, SQL, Eview, DHIS2, ATLAS. He leads and coordinates training with field enumerators from mid size to large size projects.
