Who are your facilitators?

Our course facilitators are professionals. They build their skills and experience by doing training and development consulting work around the world with different organisations. With expertise grounded in practical experience, we can guarantee our training is relevant and up-to-date.

Is Cloneshouse a registered organization?

Cloneshouse is an entity in The United State of America in the State of Colorado and an entity in Nigeria where it is incorporated under the companies and allied matters act 1990 of Nigeria as a private organization with registration number RC1034597.

Where are the courses held?

Our in-house scheduled courses are held at the heart of Abuja, in the Federal Capital Territory. Our venue is at our Center for Learning, Evaluation and Monitoring. We will send you details in your Welcome Pack three weeks before your course is due to start. Our International training is held in Accra, Ghana and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, once in a year. And our online courses can be instantly accessed once we confirm your payment.

What is the social programme?

Our courses of five days or more include free social events. These are optional but provide a good chance to find out about the wider development community and build links with your fellow participants and Cloneshouse people. We try to schedule at least one event. We sometimes also arrange a weekend trip for our international courses. Our social events include sightseeing & cultural excursions, dinners, and activities such as hiking.

How do I make payment?

Fees should be paid by bank deposit, or online payment using Visa, or Mastercard. Your invoice will have our full bank details and payment pltform.

We prefer payment in Nigerian Naira. However, we can accept payment by bank transfer in US Dollars (USD), Great Britain Pounds and Euros. If you or your sponsor would like to pay in US Dollars, Pounds or Euros. Please inform us when you or your sponsor confirms they will pay for the course.

All course fees must be paid in full at least three weeks before the course is due to start. All bank charges are the participant’s or sponsor’s responsibility.

Who are the other participants?

Your fellow participants will come from a range of organisations from around the world. This diversity allows you to share your own experience and learn from others’. Our class sizes vary from 15 to 20 people (local in-house training) and 20 to 25 people (International in – house training).

What experience do I need to join one of your course?

You need to be an entrepreneur with considerable experience in project or program management; or working for a government, a private company, an INGO or multilateral organisation, or for a smaller local project or programme.

Where should I stay?

We recommend you stay close to the training venue, ideally at the venue where possible. We will send you a full list of options in your Welcome Pack three weeks before your course is due to start.

What level of English do I need for your courses?

All our courses are delivered in English. You need good spoken English to work effectively with your facilitator and other participants. Because much of our course content is technical and we have a participatory approach, you need to be an effective communicator in English.
