Project Description

In cooperation with CAMRIS International, we supported USAID/Nigeria health technical teams in Abuja, Kaduna, Kano, and Lagos during Portfolio Reviews, Performance Plan and Reports, and other USAID/Nigeria reporting needs; We coordinated training to staff, beneficiaries, partners, and relevant stakeholders on the project’s M&E systems, guidelines, procedures, templates, and forms; ensured databases are updated regularly after verification via online triangulation.

We supported the documentation of best practices and facilitated the use of data to drive program design and decision making; provided all performance data analysis and reporting with ensuring the learning cycle is respected and institutionalized- specifically in regards to period strategic; reviewed all data for evidence-based decision making, and managed the project’s performance reporting dashboard; We coordinated the team in both offline and on-line data updating and management; and supported the routine analysis of all project data for performance reviews, documentation of learning outcomes, publications, and dissemination.
