Our approach to Virtual Advanced Project Evaluation Management (APEM) Course

  • This is a 100% case study–based advanced training. In Week 1, you’ll select from 10 national, regional, or international case studies and spend the following weeks applying advanced evaluation and M&E management tools to diagnose performance, design robust measurement and learning systems, and make evidence-based improvement decisions. By the end of the programme, you’ll leave with a complete evaluation management package you can use immediately: a fit-for-purpose evaluation design and plan, an evaluation matrix (questions, indicators, and data sources), a practical data collection and quality assurance plan, an analysis and reporting framework, and stakeholder management tools to support implementation and use of findings.

  • Our online course encourages the use of facilitators known as e-mentors that work with participants throughout the process of their online experience. Engagement in an online setting can be tricky, but we are eager and willing to answer any and all questions from participants. We offer every participant a unique network of staff and e-mentors to help guide them through the M&E growing process.

  • You are not learning alone. Your e-mentors support you inside the Cloneshouse Online Classroom, and you’ll join a live mentorship session every Friday (7:30–9:00pm WAT) across the 6-week course for live Q&A, real-world examples, and personalized guidance on your projects and assignments.

  • In addition to weekly feedbacks with e-mentors, our staff will maintain and facilitate on-going relationships with the participants to better understand their needs and to ensure their successful completion of the online course.

Trusted by leading organizations & professionals.

I like the different methods they used in collecting information from our stakeholders. What stood out most was the team’s knowledge level and how they were ready to show up to mentor our team members on the implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation plan developed.

I got more value for my money than the expensive training I had gone for in other African countries. For example, the way you simplified creating logical frameworks was outstanding. In this other African country, they made it complicated.

Dr. Adebambo Oduwole

This was the most intense course I have ever gone through. At a point, I wanted to drop out and If I had done that, I would have regretted because of the value I got from the training and I like the fact that all my questions were responded to in a timely manner.
