The Cloneshouse Internship Programme (CIP) offers Individuals (male and female), the platform to learn and carry out Monitoring and Evaluation activities like data collection and data quality analysis, e-learning on basic and results-based monitoring and evaluation, ex-post evaluation, learning studies, impact evaluation, MEL capacity strengthening, proposal writing, report writing, and so forth. 

Consequently, it is with great pleasure that we introduce to you, our Interns for Summer 2022.

Joel O. Arogunyo

Joel is an innately exceptional young professional. He is passionate about improving access to quality education and ensuring educational programmes and projects are efficient and sustainable. He is currently the Deputy Regional Representative (Sub Saharan Africa) at Cranfield University, United Kingdom where he co-manages international partnerships, recruitment and agent activities. He sees this internship with Cloneshouse as an opportunity to demonstrate, practically the lessons he learnt during his Master’s degree in Educational Evaluation. Joel is highly proficient in data analytics and visualisation, he loves research, communicates effectively and is very resourceful.

Currently, he works with Cloneshouse Nigeria as an M&E intern in the Summer 2022 Cohort. 

Sarah Anlade Dantsoho 

Sarah is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry for over 8years. She holds a B.Sc in Biochemistry from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto State, and PGD in Intelligence and Security Studies at Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, Nigeria. An M&E Intern at Cloneshouse Nigeria for the 2022 Summer Cohort.

Mediation and Conflict Management (MBBI-IPTI- USA).

Rachael Okoronkwo

Rachael is a graduate of Biochemistry, an M&E enthusiast, and a public health advocate. She is passionate about Community Service and Development. Preaching gender equity and inclusion, she seeks to get involved in initiatives that bring about social change and promote sustainable development. Currently, she works with Shedrack Madlion’s Foundation as an administrative assistant and with Cloneshouse Nigeria as an M&E intern in the Summer 2022 Cohort.

Jahmai Irehovbude 

Jahmai is a versatile development professional. He has demonstrated experience in conducting monitoring, evaluation and research within the context of several technical and other cross cutting areas including HIV/AIDS, Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), and nutrition programs. He holds a Master’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of Benin. Currently, he works with Cloneshouse Nigeria as an M&E intern in the Summer 2022 Cohort. 

Nges Abang Appolinaire

Nges is an Environmental Engineer specialized in Integrated Water Resource Management and Sanitation. He has a Master of Engineering Degree in Integrated Water Resource Management and Sanitation from the University of Padova, Italy, and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the National Advanced School of Public Works, Yaounde, Cameroon, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Yaounde I, Cameroon.

He is an enthusiastic Community Development and WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) advocate with over 7 years of working experience in the domain of Community Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, with particular focus on school milieu; he is currently serving as a Project M&E Intern with Cloneshouse Nigeria for the Summer 2022 Cohort.

Lysiane Amougou

Lysiane is an experienced healthcare professional based in Cameroon with expertise in HIV care and management.  She had been involved in Global Health projects on a national scale since 2019 providing HIV care and treatment for adults at the Yaounde University teaching hospital in Cameroon to achieve HIV epidemic control. As a healthcare provider, she had conducted assessment of patient antiretroviral treatment adherence and HIV viral load monitoring for young adults living with HIV. Lysiane recently became a certified project manager from the Project management institute in 2021. She is volunteering as a membership retention manager for the PMI Cameroon Chapter and is passionate about data science/analysis in the healthcare field. She would like to contribute in evaluating public health interventions at a national and global level.

She is currently working with Cloneshouse Nigeria as an M&E intern for the Summer 2022 cohort.

Makiyyah Sulaiman Muhammad 

Makkiyyah Suleiman is an expert at implementing and designing women-focused programs, an astute project manager and development professional with over 7 years of astute cross-sector experience including but not limited to Learning and Development/Youth Engagement, Reproductive health as well as Impact Evaluation. Makkiyyah has tactical strategic mobilization and engagement experience working with organizations addressing sustainable development concerns. especially those that result in systemic change in terms of capital development, technology inclusion, and lasting impact. Her bias is in favor of women & development and she has a proven track record deriving from a bachelors degree in applied biology, a masters degree in reproductive health, and a postgraduate certificate in public health. Her desire to ensure that underprivileged groups have seamless access to healthcare inspired her to create and deploy a free e-clinic for marginalized women in the community that can be accessed by a simple phone call. She currently is part of Cloneshouse Nigeria as an M&E Intern for the Summer 2022 Cohort.

It is with pleasure that we open the opportunity up to not just people with experience in the field of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), but also to those who are looking to begin their career in MEL.
