Project Description

We were the National Consulting partner in the Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA) ex-post evaluation of the polio program in Nigeria. This involved the development of evaluation frameworks for the collection and analysis of data from health stakeholders at the federal government level and other bilateral and multilateral agencies that are involved in polio intervention in Nigeria. Collection of information related to the polio intervention project and policies, strategies, etc. in Nigeria. Our consultants were responsible for Preparing and carrying out a field survey in intervention communities. They arranged and conducted semi-structured interviewees with beneficiaries in Kano, FCT, and Katsina states, and also supported the analysis of beneficiary response. They cooperated with JICA evaluators to develop the evaluation report as the outcome of the study.
