With over 10 years of experience in health sector policy and planning, design and implementation of health sensitive and regenerative agriculture projects, civil society capacity building programmes, research surveys, data collection and analysis and project monitoring and evaluation, Onochie has the breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly develop monitoring and evaluation systems that provides value for money on public sector spending.
Cloneshouse Nigeria designs inclusive, cost-effective, monitoring and evaluation approaches for state institutions. With this we believe institutions can become sustainable.
Onochie is a senior expert with extensive experience in technical assistance and capacity building programmes. He has competently implemented development evaluations of the health, power and education sector, in cooperation with government authorities, agencies, line ministries, and donors: EU (DEVCO & ECHO), JICA and DFID) in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa regions.
He is highly regarded for his experience with developing M&E Plans, data collection and analysis of large scale civil society programmes, notably OXFAM, Palladium, Amnesty International and The Girl Generation. He has worked on Food Security Assessments in North Eastern Nigeria, Nutrition Response Analysis for FAO Nigeria and earlier large scale nutrition surveillance surveys for Save the Children in Nigeria. He is an alumni of CLEAR AA (Centers for Learning, Evaluation and Research) and MDF West Africa.
