Our Approach to this online course
Like any program, our online course has its own unique modus operandi, that is the way we like to work and what we have found to be effective. The way we work is always evolving in order to meet the needs of everyone enrolled in the online course, and we encourage our participants to let us know how we can improve.
Our online course encourages the use of facilitators known as e-mentors that work with participants throughout the process of their online experience. Engagement in an online setting can be tricky, but we are eager and willing to answer any and all questions from participants. We offer every participant a unique network of staff and e-mentors to help guide them through the M&E growing process. In addition to weekly feedbacks with e-mentors, our staff will maintain and facilitate on-going relationships with the participants to better understand their needs and to ensure their successful completion of the online course.
Interactions between facilitators known as e-mentors and participants primarily take place via the Cloneshouse online classroom – whether in the lessons, on a discussion board, or through the comment section of participants tasks and or reports. we take the time to get to know you, and we stand by your efforts to make your M&E skills grow.
